- NPassion for continuous learning and staying current with tech trends
- NExperience in both in-person and virtual training environments
Partnership Criteria
What We Look For in a Partner
- NMinimum of 5 years experience in tech education or related fields
- NRelevant certifications in your area of expertise (e.g., AWS Certified Trainer, Google Cloud Certified Instructor etc.)
- NDemonstrated ability to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences
- NWillingness to adapt and develop curricula based on ETS methodologies and client needs
- NAbility to provide industry-specific insights and validate solution efficacy
- NFlexibility to deliver training in various formats (e.g., workshops, bootcamps, online courses)
- NFlexibility to work on-site with clients when required
- NCommitment to maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction
