What is free, and why
Free where your phone does the work.
Some things should cost nothing. The order page is free: no card, no monthly fee, no catch. It is how shops meet us. Your phone does the work, and we keep no customer names or numbers. It stays free.
The rule.
Free where the customer's phone does the work and we keep no customer names or numbers.
Paid where we do work for you each month.
We charge when we do work for you. Make your changes for you each month. Build a website. Fix a Google listing. Those take our time, so they have a price, written down before you decide.
Your free page is yours to change: items, prices and hours, any time, in its settings.
Free today.
- Order ahead. The customer taps what they want and when they will come. It arrives in the shop's own WhatsApp.
Paid.
- Run by us. $49 a month, plus tax: your changes and your posts, done for you from a few words. $99 or $149 a month for bigger builds.
- A website. Five pages, your words, your domain. $499 once, plus tax. No monthly bill.
- Your Google listing, fixed. $199 once, plus tax.
What Run by us means.
- We host your pages, keep them working, and make your changes for you. Message us a few words; we update your page or write the post, a person on our team checks it, and we send it back for you to post.
- Paid before the month starts. If a payment does not arrive, we wait seven days, then the plan pauses. No fee. Your free page keeps working.
- Up to four changes a month. A change is one message: your items, prices, hours, words or pictures, or a post we write from your words. Unused changes do not carry over. Bigger work gets a written price first.
- One shop, one location per plan. A second location is a second plan.
- Stop any time. The month you paid for runs to its end.
- A price change comes with 30 days' notice. You can stop before it starts.
- If we end a plan for a reason that is not misuse, we give 30 days' notice and return the unused part of the month.
- If a page is used for something it is not for (another business, things the law does not allow, messages people did not ask for), we end the plan and return the unused part of the month.
- "Keep it working" means: if it breaks because of us, we fix it. That is the whole promise.
What we do not do.
- We do not message your customers.
- We do not keep what they type.
- We do not take their payment. They pay you at the counter, like now: no extra card fees, no online chargebacks, no app taking a cut.
- We do not sell your details.
