What we collect

What you type into our forms or send us by email: your name, your email, your WhatsApp number if you give it, your website address and what you pay for it if you ask for a price, what you want, and your message. When you send a form, our host sees your internet address so it can stop floods of messages. We do not store it. Our site sets no tracking cookies and has no analytics code. The sample order page on this site runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.

How long

Form messages for two years; invoices and contracts for six years as the tax rules require.

Who sees it

Ethical Tech Solutions and the people doing your work. Not sold, not shared for marketing. Our email provider (Resend) and our host (Cloudflare) handle it to deliver it. They may handle it outside Canada. There, that country's authorities may be able to see it under its laws.

Client systems

During paid work we use an account you create and remove. Your customers' records stay in your systems. We do not send customer personal information to any AI. Some builds use AI help. The AI we use is Claude, by Anthropic. It reads only what a business types about itself. When we write your price, the AI sees your answers about your business, not your name, email or number.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within thirty days.
